We are thrilled to have partnered with Samuels & Associates to launch Pierce Boston, as it typifies the lifestyle focused development approach we seek as we continue to expand our presence in the Northeast and beyond.”

The capstone of The Fenway, Pierce Boston is just steps away from the some of the city’s most exciting restaurants, chic retail, and coveted art institutions. The intersection of Brookline and Boylston is home to Plaza (Arcade), a specially commissioned public art installation at the base of the building by world-renowned artist Alexandre da Cunha. Street-level tenants will be high-end retail, including an intimate wine bar from the Haley.Henry team dubbed Nathálie, on track to open in summer 2018. With the recent daylighting of the Muddy River, the Pierce plaza, open to the public, will be fully integrated into the Emerald Necklace and connected to existing green space along the Fens and the forthcoming 1.1-acre park at 401 Park, formerly known as Landmark Center.

NAI Hunneman brokers sale of 120 N. Main Street in Brockton

BOSTON—NAI Hunneman completed the $2.6 Million sale of 120 North Main Street in Brockton, MA to Brockton & Main, LLC who plan to convert the property into a 75,000 SF fully climate-controlled self-storage facility.

NAI Hunneman South Team member Ovar Osvold along with Cathy Minnerly and Sean Hannigan successfully represented the seller Micro Wire Products Inc. and procured the buyer. In a separate transaction, the NAI Hunneman team represented Micro Wire in identifying a new, 18,000 SF sublease at 5 Mear Road in Holbrook, MA.

20 North Main Street

“120 North Main Street had its challenges with finding a generic manufacturing buyer. So through extensive market due diligence, we were able to identify the optimal redevelopment for the site, and that turned out to be a brand new fully climate-controlled self-storage facility. The location’s demographics, traffic counts, and overall market demand was the perfect match.  Micro Wire Products Inc. had recently shifted their manufacturing operations creating the need for a smaller footprint, so we were able to identify the perfect relocation space in Holbrook, MA. The efficiency of the new spaces layout is ideal,” said Osvold. “It was a true win-win all around.”
